Certiport and Autodesk are happy to announce that the next generation of ACU exams will be coming soon. These new ACU exams will feature live use of the Autodesk software during the exam giving test candidates full access to all software features to complete performance-based questions.

The ACU exams will work with the 2016 version of the Autodesk software requiring test centers to have the software installed on any testing machine in order to deliver the new ACU exams. The good news is that Autodesk software is free to academic institutions removing the financial burden of purchasing the software. It is strongly encouraged that testing centers start installing the Autodesk 2016 software on testing machines now in preparation of these new exams so they can take start taking the new exams as soon as they are released.
